THE RULES --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I. ALL CHARACTERS MUST BE FEMALE. And that's all there is to it. This is a shoujo-ai / fem-slash / etc RPG, after all. Female characters only, with the exception of NPC characters which can be any gender.
II. MATURE CONTENT WILL BE FEATURED. PB stands for Played By. This is the singer, actress, model, etc that you will use for your character's physical image. Think about who you're going to choose however. Make sure you choose a PB that fits your character. Your PB must be an actress, singer, model, or other celebrity individual.
III. GODMODDING & PUPPETEERING. Godmodding and puppeteering are both highly frowned upon. Don't do it! Examples of godmodding and puppeteering are;
Destroying any section of the Complex or surrounding areas Rendering your character invincible in a way that was not approved by administration upon acceptance of your character (eg, "All of a sudden, she realized she was impervious to bullets!!!") Demonstrating powers or abilities that have not been approved by administration Supplying another character's speech or action in your own post without getting their permission first Performing physical actions to another character and assuming that character's physical response (even if it seems natural). For instance, your character wants to shake another character's hand. He "extends a hand in greeting," but he does not "shake the man's hand." The act of assuming another character's actions removes their ability to respond as they would like.
We understand that occasionally, a mutation might involve the mental or physical manipulation of other people or mutants. In this case (or any other case in which puppeteering might be necessary) you must contact the person you are roleplaying with and clear it with them ahead of time. We ask that in addition you place a small OOC note at the beginning of the post to indicate that you have been given permission to puppeteer. .
IV. FOUR CHARACTER LIMIT. All players are allowed to have up to four characters at any one time. If you wish to create a new character after you already have your four you will have to contact the admin. Depending on how active you are with the four you have you may or may not be permitted to pick up a fifth.
V. GRAMMAR AND SPELLING. We understand that spelling and grammar errors may occur, but we cannot stress enough how important it is to perform a quick proofread before submitting a post. We recommend typing your post out in Word or a similar word processing program to catch such errors from the beginning. Using proper spelling and grammar is a sign of respect.
VI. READ THE FAQS AND INFORMATION. It took hours to type, after all!
VII. ACTIVITY. Unless notice is given that you will be absense, any character who is inactive for more than two months will be removed from the game. A warning will be sent one week before the two month mark, prompting the player that their character has been inactive for too long. If the player responds than they will have two weeks to post with their character.
VIII. CHARACTERS MUST BE 18 OR OLDER. This is because only legal adults can rent an apartment. The only exception is if you are playing the daughter/family member of another character. In which case, your character is permitted to be under 18.
IX. CHARACTERS MUST HAVE A CELEBRITY PB. This is because only legal adults can rent an apartment. The only exception is if you are playing the daughter/family member of another character. In which case, your character is permitted to be under 18.
